Bipasha is bollywood actress and a well known model. She is also the sexiest a in Asia ranked by Eastern Eye, an UK based magazine.

She born on January 7, 1979 in New Delhi and her family later moved to Kolkata.

After +2, she selected a charted accountant career and she try to join it. But, in 1996, she discuss with Mahr Jessica, a famous model in Kolkata. Then Jessica suggested that for a world of the model. She participate Ford Godrej Cinthol contest for Supermodel of the World and won it. Then she fly to New York and make a good career in the modeling.

In 2001, Abbas Mustan selected Basu for Ajnabee with starrin Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol and Kareena Kapoor. She a won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut for performance in the film.

Then she played many films in the Bollywood. In 2006, her performance in the film Omkara well praised and her item dance was super mega hit.

Her forthcoming films are Race, Pankh and Siddarth Anand’s next film.

Race is directed by Abbas Mustan. Starring Saif Ali Khan, Anil Kapoor, Akshaye Khanna, Emer Kenny, Bipasha Basu, Sameera Reddy and Katrina Kaif. The film scheduled to release on March 21.

Pankh is a social life related film. It is a true story of child artist Ahsan Channa. In this film Bipasha acting as a film actress. Sudipto Chotto Paddhay directed the film.
